Mr.Panayi brings invaluable perspective, strategic insight and hands-on experience in building companies and realizing shareholder value.
He is a serial entrepreneur and throughout his career he founded, developed, operated and sold companies in the marketing, communications and information technologies areas. Since the sale of Kinesis Marketing, a Digital Marketing Services company he founded and operated, he co-founded TKI a successful Information Technology company with offices in the USA and India. Panayi co-founded Kinisis Ventures and serves as the Managing Director for the group. Panayi is also one of the KV members with extensive marketing and branding expertise. Panayi also teaches entrepreneurialism & new venture development classes as an adjunct professor at Drew University. Prior to focusing his career in been an entrepreneur, Panayi worked in a number of Madison Avenue Advertising Agencies and also spent a time with a NY technology incubator and early stage private fund.
Mr. Georgiades is the Managing Director and founder of the law firm Y.Georgiades & Associates LLC, established in 1992 in Nicosia, Cyprus.
He has over 25 years experience in litigation, corporate and commercial law, international tax planning, international trade, cross-border disputes – private international law, real estate, investments, alternative dispute resolution, medical negligence, intellectual property law, Internet and media law. He has successfully achieved to become a member of the Athens Bar Association, Cyprus Bar Association, Bar of England and Wales (Honorable Society of Gray’s Inn), the International Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Society for Computers and Law, the International Technology Law Association, President of the Cyprus Branch of the European Court of Arbitration, executive member of the Court and an online mediator for commercial disputes for the Chamber of Commerce of Milan and is the Vice-President of AEA International Lawyers Network.
After 10 years with SMBC, Mr. Droussiotis left and join Kinisis Ventures Limited (KV) as a Senior Managing Partner. He now leads KV’s deal-flow review, valuations and strategic capital raising team.
At SMBC, Mr. Droussiotis, was responsible for building long-term relationships with middle market and large cap private equity firms as well as asset managers who invest in the leveraged loan space. Prior to SMBC, Mr. Droussiotis worked at many New York money center banks, such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch, CIBC Oppenheimer, Mitsui Nevitt Merchant Bank, Mizuho Financial Group and Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, specializing in the financing and structuring of merger & acquisition, leveraged buyout and recapitalization transactions.
Mr. Droussiotis is also an adjunct professor teaching investment analysis, quantitative and option strategy courses at Columbia University, Fordham University, Baruch College and Seton Hall. University.
Mr. Kokkinos has almost 30 years of comprehensive banking experience in areas such as credit research & analysis, financial due-diligence as well as credit risk & credit portfolio management.
Throughout his finance and banking career, he held senior positions with leading global financial institutions in New York City. His experience encompasses all aspects of in-depth fundamental analysis with a strong track record in reviewing / analyzing / monitoring and actively managing and diverse corporate loan portfolios. He is currently the Head of the Credit Research Group, responsible for actively managing and reporting to the Portfolio Management Committee on a corporate loan portfolios of over $75.0 billion in exposure across all industries.
Mr. Kokkinos received his MBA in Corporate Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University, USA.
Mr. Demetriou brings 25 years experience in operational finance and operations with specific expertise in financial strategies for costs management and revenue generation.
He has been instrumental in driving top and bottom line growth and led large Financial Shared Services platforms. Throughout his career, Demetriou led the planning, implementation and integration of financial processes and enterprise financial systems across multiple industries including hospitality & franchising Services, publishing, and consumer products. He served under variable senior roles, such as Manager of Credit and Financial Analysis, Director Financial Services and V.P of Corporate Finance. Chris is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Customer Retention at Wyndham Hotel Group, and he is also an adjunct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Mr. Nicolaou is the CFO of MANA Products, the world’s leading contract and private label cosmetics manufacturer.
Prior to Mana, Nicolas held positions with increased responsibility with Unilever and Deloitte. Nicolas brings a wealth of diversified, dynamic and action-oriented leadership experience in consumer products companies. His expertise include strategy development and execution, performance management, process reengineering, operational excellence, M&A, internal controls, innovation and new product launches, organization design and talent development. Nicolas is the President of the Cyprus-US Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Foundation Board of LaGuardia Community college. Nicolas has an MBA in Finance and is a CPA.
Michael Hadjiloucas has over 25 years of experience in both domestic & international corporate tax, entity formation, acquisitions, reorganization ,due diligence, corporate partnership, individual and tax-exempt entity tax returns and representation at Federal and state audits.
Mr. Hadjiloucas has extensive experience in health care, life science, banking, technology, retail, manufacturing, as well as foundations and service organizations. Michael is an active member of the board for various Hellenic organizations including Greek American Chamber, Cyprus US Chamber, ACG and also participates through various committees at BIONJ and NJTC. Through this groups Michael has been instrumental in advising early stage clients in presenting and assisting them with funding.
Mr. Panayi brings over 20 years of management experience in the technology sector, with a special focus on brand management, digital marketing, and strategic planning.
Nick is Vice President of Brand, Demand and Digital Marketing at DXC Technology, a $25B global leader in IT Services and Systems Integration. His area of responsibility at DXC covers global brand management, social media, global demand generation, marketing programs, pursuit marketing, and digital sales tools. Nick’s rich experience in the technology industry includes a variety of management, strategic planning and marketing roles at large enterprises like Avaya and Hewlett Packard, as well as two software-as-a-service startups. Nick has a Bachelors in Marketing and an MBA in Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Mr. Savvides is the managing principal at SFG, a New York City boutique strategy consulting firm.
For the last 20+ years, Evis has helped companies in the consumer packaged goods industry improve sales, marketing and operations by way of uncovering the potential, leading change and helping put together the right elements of growth strategy and success. Evis started his career in public accounting and later moved to management consulting, where he served as consulting partner with a New York CPA firm, working with companies in the consumer packaged goods industry and supporting their growth strategy. Following his management consulting tenure, Evis served as COO at Deutsch Family Wine and Spirits, a leading U.S. import and distribution company responsible for the introduction and success of the [yellow tail] wine brand. Most recently, Evis served as President of Domaine Select Wine & Spirits in New York.
